What are the conditions for admission?
Do I need to book?
Yes! We strongly recommend that you book your ticket in advance via our online ticket !
To ensure that everyone gets the most out of their visit, we have reduced the number of visitors and adjusted the flow of visitors. You'll need to order your ticket here, even if you are entitled to free admission. You'll need to present your proof of free admission eligibility at the time of your visit.
When can I visit?
The Cité is open every day from 11am to 7pm (except Tuesdays) and stays open until 9pm on Thursdays.
A personalized visit
Our museum guides are available to help you discover the works of art on display. They give regular presentations in each of the three galleries - a treat for young and old alike.
Are any parts of the museum closed to visitors?
The 2nd floor of the Mural Gallery is closed for renovation.
Is there a cloakroom?
The Cité provides visitors with automatic lockers.
