Conditions  

Mandatory Booking 

Booking a visit slot is mandatory for any group, starting at 10 visitors.  

Without booking, groups will not have prioritized access to the museum and/or exhibitions, and every adult member is to pay the full fare ticket. 

Cancelling or postponing must be communicated in writing, as soon as possible.

Booking Conditions

Self-guided tours: a one-week delay is necessary to process orders. Payment is made on the day of the visit, at the welcome desk.  

Guided tours and workshops: booking is mandatory at least 1 month before the scheduled activity. You have to send us back the signed booking contract along with the proof of payment at least 10 days before visiting day. Below 10 days, booking is cancelled.

Visiting Hours  

Self-guided tours take place every day (except Tuesdays) from 11:15a.m. to 5:15p.m. and on Thursdays until 7:15p.m. Self-guided tours start every 15 minutes.
Guided tours and workshops take place every day (except Tuesdays) starting at 9a.m. before public opening hours. Both start every 30 minutes. 

Cloakroom

For security reasons, cloakroom is mandatory for helmets (cycling or crash) and umbrellas. Without exceptions can’t suitcases be accepted, regardless of their size (this also applies to the whole building). Concerning flasks, only clear water bottles below 50cl (16.9 fl oz) in volume will be admitted.

Pour des raisons de sécurité, les vestiaires sont obligatoires pour les casques et les parapluies. En aucun cas les valises ne peuvent être acceptées quelle que soit leur taille (de même que dans tout le bâtiment). Concernant les gourdes, seules les bouteilles d’eau transparentes d’un volume n’excédant pas 50 cl sont admises.

Tarifs 

The group price is defined according to participants and the selected offer:    

Adult Groups 

Self-guided tours: the individual reduced fare ticket is applied per visitor. There is no “speech fee”.

Guided tours (1h30) : price is fixed as follows; 200€ for 15 visitors (250€ in languages other than French), 250€ for 16 to 30 visitors (300€ in languages other than French). 

Please note that, for exhibitions tours, groups are limited to 15 visitors.

School or Child Groups

Self-guided tours: free in the Museum and in exhibitions, for under 18 years old.
Guided tours (1h30) and worshops (2h): a fixed price of 95€ is applied for groups up to 30 visitors maximum (60€ for students with disabilities, 140€ in languages other than French).
